Men's boots with built-in micro spikes

I would like to get my partner a pair of pull-on insulated boots like Bogs, but with built-in micro spikes. My googling has been fruitless. Does such a thing exist? I want the traction device built in to completely eliminate the issue (or possibility) of taking the the traction off and on. Just boots he can stick his feet into to walk the dog, that will always have this traction built in.
I don't think those LaCrosse boots have spikes though, do they?
These do exist, though - I don't have any specific recs but "ice studs" will get you a lot of options. Icebug is one manufacturer.
You can also buy studs that can be installed on any shoe or boot, e.g. Icespikes.

I have three different pairs of Icebugs because I love them so much. Comfy and great spikes.

Icebugs are awesome (and expensive), but definitely the off-the-shelf thing you are looking for. Here is an example of a pull-on boot for men. I am in the Far North and my local running store will also stud any pair of shoes or boots for a pretty low fee (they use screws a la the article blnkfrnk linked); I have no idea if this is a thing elsewhere, though.

Not spike specific but may be useful:
This Canadian lab tests various boots for ice traction

Doesn't seem like Icebug needs another recommendation, but ... yea, Icebugs.
