How to use letter builder in procreate?

How do use (and where do I find) letter builder in procreate? I literally can’t even figure out where it lives. Also - any good beginners tutorials for procreate that include where to find the buttons and stuff and they don’t just assume I’m well-versed?

I have not used it personally, but yes, it is not built into the app and appears to be a package put together by a third party! Appears to be sold by this person:

Response by poster: I found the pack and bought it. I am having trouble figuring out how to place the grid where I want it to be - when I pinch and zoom it just changes the size of the actual blank page itself. I can’t find this info anywhere. Help?
