Suggestions for upbeat "beat the shit" media?

Please suggest your best upbeat media audio and visual media which fits with the spirit of "beat the shit!"
My partner is having a tough time at the moment and we've settled on the philosophy of "let's beat the shit" to help get through it.
I'm looking for suggestions for things like music, TV shows, films, podcasts, and so on that can help support this theme. The only rule is that they need to be uplifting and not with substantial morose bits. No emotional journey here, just uplifting and motivating media.
Things that came to mind for me were some things like Rage Against the Machine, films like Independence Day, stupid 90s action films and so on.
Hit me up with all your best ones.

Maybe niche taste, but the Kill Lincoln song A Winner Is You scratches this itch for me (and is my pump up jam before going into job interviews)

Also:
9 to 5: Three unstoppable women decide they’ve had enough from their misogynistic boss.
Run, Lola Run (a German film): Lola needs to raise a huge amount of cash in almost no time at all in order to save her boyfriend from gangsters.

Maybe something in this music (from an old dude)?
Ain't No Mountain High Enough (Luke Wade & Mia Z)
Stayin' Alive (Bee Gees)
Life is a Highway - Tom Cochrane
Hall of Fame - The Script featuring Will I Am
T.N.T. - AC/DC
Hammer to Fall - Queen
Give It A Go - Timbaland featuring Veronica
Danger Zone - Kenny Loggins
Eye of the Tiger - Survivor
I Sing the Body Electric - Fame OST
All Right Now - Free
Back in the High Life Again - Steve Winwood
Heroes - David Bowie
Videos:
Poet Amanda Gorman reads The Hill We Climb
And Denzel Washington Commencement Speeches
As for movies, Gamer (2009) is sheer will and determination to overcome a very raw deal, but might be too morose. Live Free Die Hard is somewhat similar to Independence Day, and is less morose.

I watched Paul Ryan's 2018 snow cam and tracked the music back to Liam Aidan's Gold Skies. I have to say it is the best upbeat background get-work-done music I have ever come across. There is no darkness in this music. It is all light.

Argent's "Hold your head up"
The last edition of Craig Ferguson's Late Late Show had "Keep banging on your drum"
Both do the job for me.
