Remote printing bulk mail solution

I've been in contact with my city government about and impeding mass eviction threat. Good news, they can't do it while the State level eviction ban is in place just so they can re-furbish apartments. I'm trying to come up with a way to let my neighbors know this bit of information and the best way I could think of would be to snail mail them. But I don't have a printer or that many envelopes or stamps. Is there some sort of online thing that's suitable?

Big online printing companies like Vistaprint usually have direct mail services.

I can recommend Click2Mail. You can upload or compose custom letters or postcards, do mail merge with your list large or small, print and post, all without leaving your computer. I've used them often for one-off correspondence when traveling.

USPS can create postcards from a digital upload:

We use Click2Mail at work for quickly sending print mailings to our constituents who don't have email.
