What remote work programs pay you to move to their city or country?

I just saw a program that pays you to work remotely from Tulsa (LINK). It's interesting and I'm thinking about applying. But I was wondering if there are any others anywhere else in the world. I know there are other programs you pay to be a part of but are there any others like this that pay YOU?

Vermont has a program that pays people $10K to move to Vermont and work remotely.
