What is this music reminding me of?

This clip from the If Beale Street Could Talk score totally reminds me of...something, particularly 0:12 - 0:40ish. What is it reminding me of? Another film score from the past? Something out of classic rock? Something else? Help!

If you are thinking of musical moments from recent movies, it could be this part of Someone in the Crowd from the movie La La Land.

It sort of reminds me of Debussy's Clair de Lune, but that's mostly because it makes me think of sunrise. Or maybe the end of the movie Frankie & Johnny.

The flute makes me think of some revelatory moment in a Disney soundtrack.

If we stick with movie scores, this piece is reminiscent of some of the collaborations between Spike Lee and jazz trumpeter Terrence Blanchard.

Sounds somewhat like a Chuck Mangione song? A little like the intro to Feels So Good.

BlahLaLa: "Something out of classic rock?"

Those horn arpeggios remind me of the ones in "How to Disappear Completely."

It reminded me of this part of Beethoven's Leonore Overture No. 3, but also of bird conversations I hear on morning walks.
