Finding a poly-friendly therapist in NYC

My partner and I are looking for a great therapist in NYC who can help us talk about, and think through, a possible shift to polyamory.
We are making some changes in our lives after a decade together, and one of those changes is exploring polyamory for the first time. We had a good experience with couples' therapy years ago and would like to find a new therapist to talk to as we're working through this. It doesn't need to be someone who specializes only in polyamorous relationships, but it would be great to find someone who has at least some experience in this universe. How do we find this person? Looking for specific therapist recommendations in NYC, as well as resources like directories or message boards that could help us find someone.

Give this a shot, if you aren't put off by kink and polyamory being lumped together.
