Where are the reasonably priced women's 100% cotton jeans? The last pair I had came from Madewell but the only all-cotton jeans they have now cost $495. Is there some kind of denim aggregator out there that will let me sort by fiber content? If it matters, I think I am looking for straight or "boyfriend" jeans without any shredding and whatnot. Ideally under $150. Just, you know, jeans. Like from my youth in the 1980s.
I thought that Gap made them, but right now I'm just seeing 99% and 98% cotton...Zappos has a decent search tool for jeans that lets you select fabric, but not percentage.

I think you're looking at jeans brands that are too fancy. Head to a K-Mart or similar and look for Wranglers, Lee Riders or similar.

Can't vouch for them as I haven't worn Wranglers in decades, but: Wrangler's 100% cotton jeans for women in different styles.

Yes, Wrangler sells 14 styles of 100% cotton jeans. They are nice.

My gal recently went through the same search, and she ended up very happy with a pair of Gap jeans. They're classic, normal, simple jeans.

I've been looking too. Levi's 501 and Wrangler were the only reasonable brands I found for price. I have a 99% cotton pair from the Gap that are not terrible.

If you want trendier options, Reformation has a rigid denim line, and (shockingly) they're all under your price point.

Response by poster: Jeszac, those Everlane jeans are 2% elastane. Weed donkey, do you know what jeans they are? I’m not finding anything 100% cotton in their site.
Thanks to snaw, I’ve figured out that “rigid” was the search term I was missing. Still some
poly coming up but this is also where all the 100% cotton is lurking.

Levi’s has several 100% cotton options for women, the 501 (mentioned above) being the most likely to be the fit you like.

There are not any Gap brand jeans currently that are 100% cotton. I hit a few places today to continue this mission, including Walmart to see about Wrangler, etc. I was successful only at the Levis store with 501 tapers. Currently the only style they have has holes. Walmart did not have any 100% cotton jeans in women's sizes. Lucky Brand had one 99% cotton style on sale, but the salesperson got a little defensive about how I really wanted some spandex in there. They didn't have my size in the Levis, but the dude helping me sent me a nice coupon to get some online with free shipping and 20% off. Unfortch, they don't seem to carry the length I want online.

And Free People has a few more styles as well, depending on your size and interest in embellishments like rips or paint brush holders.
