What is this album!

The album cover is mostly blue. It features a monk/boy in robes with a halo, and a Dali-esque winged horse-like creature on top of the monk's head. Most likely rock/indie/punk. I saw the image tattooed on someone, and asked them about it, but then promptly forgot what they told me.

Best answer: Is it 'Blue Sky Noise' by Circa Survive? The tattoo may've looked like this, if so.

I just wanted to say - when I first read this question I thought there was no possible way that it would be answered definitively. AskMefi never ceases to amaze and delight me.
