Just to be clear, are you looking for songs with that beat actually played on the hi hat, or just songs that contain that particular rhythm?

If the latter, there's the march from Gustav Holst's First Suite.

(the pattern is somewhat similar to Maracatu de nação rhythm that comes from northeast Brasil - here is an example and a tutorial. The rhythm has been incorporated into various songs - Blondie's Island of Lost Souls for example. It is also influential in "Give it up" by the Goodmen - sampled as the rhythmic basis for the above-mentioned "Fairground")
