RECOMMENDATION NEEDED: simple diabetes tracking on both Web and iPhone

Can you help me find a diabetes tracker that I can update both on the Web and my iPhone?

I'm type 2 diabetic, and I'm looking to get back on the right path with tracking my BG. I've been searching high and wide for a simple diabetes tracker that I can update both on the Web and my iPhone. For some reason, I'm coming up mostly empty.

Do you have any recommendations?

Caveat: I've been trying out MyNetDiary for the better of a week, and truth be told, it leaves a lot to be desired. It seems overly complex when all I want to do is track my BG levels at different times of the day and then be able to share it with my doctor. I've also noticed that while the diabetes tracking comes free on the iPhone, you have to pay for the Maximum account in order to get Web access. While I'm willing to pay a small amount, it seems rather punitive.

Thanks in advance.

2nding. Yes to track daycare expenses and meds taken I set up a simple Google Form that dumped into a shared spreadsheet.

Could get there on the web or using my iPhone web browser.

Not sure if this is still relevant, but I use SugarSense for the iPhone. Great and easy to use application
