Improvisational music-making websites?

I'm looking for something like Patatap but with a bit more structure (like record, rewind, stop, that kind of thing), so I can just let a tune flow from my soul and then play it back or save it. Creating music without having to think about it too much, maybe just learning the instrument/website as I go along. I don't want to get sucked into learning a DAW; this is just for temporary fun. Is there anything like that? Thanks!

Best answer: Tonematrix is the classic - there's not much in the way of options (although you can save what you made as a link), but the 'add drums' button imports it into a DAW-lite that's already all set up and ready to fiddle with.

If you have an iPhone, the free Figure app is right in the sweet spot - easy to jump into, but with lots of customization and track recording functions if you want them.
