In Hubspot, is there a way it can send a notification to an email address completely dynamically?
Unfortunately, I have to figure out a way for Hubspot to send dynamic notifications based on which of hundreds of contacts a user is closest to when they fill out the form. This list of contacts changes too rapidly to be set manually or with a bunch of manual workflows.
I have read the docs about workflows, form-level email settings, and landing-page-level email settings, and nothing I've encountered seems this flexible. I'm sure I'm missing something. (I have inherited this and am not really a Hubspot person.)
I'd up for integrating with a third-party service to accomplish this if only I know which one to choose. I'm also up for hiring a person who knows Hubspot pretty well if that's how these things are usually done.
