Are there women's bathhouses in the US?

All the searching I do turns up places in Canada. Usually in Toronto more often than not. I'd really like to experience what all the boys get to while I'm young enough to enjoy it. Bonus points for links and/or contact information.

Or am I missing some subtext? (since the question is anonymous i dont know why you wouldnt be more specific)

Do you mean a lesbian sex club? I think the Power Exchange in SF has a monthly women's night called Lezbi Inn. Those punny dykes. If you mean more straight / mixed, I think that's regular fare at the Power Exchange along with the all-male floors. Never been, but I'm told it's a fun place.

Most major cities probably have a quiet all-lesbian play party every once in awhile. I'd start by asking on Craigslist.

Gay girl here and I read this (based on the qualifier women's and the tags) as someone looking for the dyke version of gay male bathhouses.

Places to soak are fairly plentiful, but places where you can soak and get your mojo on aren't so available to women, so far as I know, here in the US.

Seriously, the way to ... experience ... might more likely be through swinger's organizations, or swinger-friendly venues such as numerous tropical retreats in the Hedonism mold (sample). Locally, you might do better getting into a social group like the aforementioned, which will give you access to the lesbo mafia network of fun-loving single lesbians.

Not to mention events like Burning Man, and known haunts of pagans such as SCA events. And Lilith Fairs. Etc.

Here in Toronto there's an occasional event called the Pussy Palace, which would be precisely what you're looking for.
