Can my cats safely eat this chicken I left in the microwave overnight?

Grilled some boneless chicken breasts around 6PM last night, stored them in the microwave and forgot to refrigerate until 7AM this morning. I'm not going to chance eating it - but it it safe to feed to my cats?
I wouldn't, but more because chicken isn't that great for them.

cats are so so sensitive, i would eat iffy things before i'd feed it to them (don't feed this chicken to anyone).

No way. Sensitive kitty tummies + foodborne bacteria = potential disaster.
