Drone sim on mac

I have this RC USB controller that I was hoping to use with the FPV Freerider (or another flight sim on Mac). When I plug it, I get a notification that "PPM" has been plugged in. However when I open Freerider or Liftoff none of the motions on the controller are detected. Does anyone know how to make it work, or another controller that I can use with a sim on a mac?

Maybe try it with X-Plane? It's a great flight sim that I know is supposed to support a bunch of controllers. I've used it with a few different USB sticks with success. Not sure if it has any drone-type aircraft, but the demo is free so you can try it out and seen.

Response by poster: ugh, I just realized that I forgot a quote in the URL. This is the controller I have.
