"Santa's Thrilled" bumper sticker. What does it mean?

(Asking for a friend, though I am also very curious.) In 1996 I drove a 1979 olive green VW Rabbit. When I got the car it had a bunch of bumper stickers on it (and I added more). One of the preexisting stickers said: "SANTA'S THRILLED." "Thrilled" was italicized and underlined. I never understood it. I haven't seen it since. It's not on Google. Anybody? What does it mean?

I assume it's because in addition to knowing who's nice, Santa knows who's naughty...

Would it be one of those "bragging on my kids" ones? Like the honor roll ones? My kids are so good that Santa's thrilled!
