What is this set of symbols advertising?

Can anyone identify this decal that I've seen on two different cars in the last week?

Sketch is from memory, so it is not 100% accurate, but I had a pretty good chance to study it at a stop light today. Obviously not suitable for Tineye and Google Image search brought up nothing relevant.

I bet this will only take seconds.

I don't know what they are, but they make me think of hobo symbols. Maybe that can twig someone to the right answer.

Was it black-on-white? If not, try changing the colors and feeding it into Google.

Prescient pun!

Now that you know what it is, here are numerous usages.

One more note: The band encouraged fans to engage in a "Global Glyphic Assault." Searching for that term will lead you to photos, videos, and blog entries of obedient fans, like this Flickr feed.

Response by poster: It definitely worked on me! It's an intriguing and, for some reason, sort of unsettling set of symbols.
