Online restaurant reservations in Italy: what do you use?

I usually use something like Opentable in the U.S. What's the best app or site with similar functionality for restaurants in Rome and Florence?

Will be there in early November. Some of the places I might be interested in have reservations capability on their own websites, and, of course, there's always the telephone. But if you have a preferred Opentable-like solution, I'd appreciate a recommendation.

quandoo (although I have to admit I have not used it outside of Milano).

In Italy, I'd definitely go with the phone, if there isn't a web-site option.

The two primary players for now seem to be quandoo as mentioned above and Thefork.it which is run by TripAdvisor. But yes, you will probably fare better with the phone.
