Hotel near Los Angeles: Jacuzzi & Wheelchair Accessible

Can you recommend a wheelchair accessible hotel near Los Angeles with in room jacuzzi?

I'm looking for a hotel with the following characteristics:
-Within 100 miles of Los Angeles
-Private Jacuzzi or whirlpool tub (in room or in suite)
-Wheelchair accessible (a few steps are ok)
-Under $250/night
-Likely to have availability at the end of this month

And preferably:
-Somewhat charming

I've heard nothing but good things about the Miyako Hybrid Hotel in Torrance, I believe a lot of corporate folks coming to visit the Honda/Toyota locations in Torrance stay there. it looks like it's barely in your price range pre-tax, all their rooms have "Japanese-style soaking tubs", which are like big, deep bathtubs, not sure if that fulfills your needs.

Another option in that area is the Gardena Terrace Inn, some rooms have in-suite jacuzzi tubs, but it looks like only 1 room like that left.
