The red pill, via short videos and articles?

I’m helping to design a retreat for a small non profit and would like suggestions for short (~15 min) videos or articles that encourage shifts in thinking or attitude. The TED talk by Dan Pallotta (“The Way We Think About Charity is Dead Wrong”) is a good example.

The topics can be on anything (art, travel, comedy, cooking, politics, etc.) and in fact I would welcome stuff that speaks to "smaller" personal issues and experiences that might be more thought-provoking for participants rather than something overtly "corporate." For context, the audience is a socially progressive group working on eduction and anti-bias civic action, and they’re a bit complacent and resigned about affecting change.

There are a few interesting videos about the way that the Pike Place Fish Market is run.. here's one of them... I've used these to open minds at some staff meetings.... (there's actually a for purchase video for training purposes, but I can't seem to find it online)

Just as a side note regarding your post title. You may wish to avoid using 'red pill' around socially progressive people, as it's a term used in MRA circles about how the 'real world' actually 'works.'
