Trying to identify snippet of music, maybe anime/video game theme?

I've had a bit of music stuck in my head for a few days, and I just can't place it. It kind of feels like the theme song or battle music from a cartoon or video game, but I've asked around and flipped through the usual suspects, and nothing matches.
