RSS feeds on Facebook pages

This really useful page explains how to find the rss feed for a Facebook page. I was wondering if there was a Chrome/Firefox extension which did similar but automated?
Or how easy it would be to at least have a quick way of adding the id number to the URL without all of the fiddly messing about with shifting between browser and copy/pasting.

Response by poster: I use that extension already, added the icon to Firefox, none of it works for Facebook.
