What is this mystery object found on the floor of a public bathroom at a Boston Best Buy?

Best answer: I think it's a children's toy normally sold in vending machines. It's sticky so you can slap and pick up things like paper and small objects. The hole is so you can wear it on your finger.

Best answer: I believe that's a deflated spiky goo ball toy (note: not the trade name). Remember those sticky slap hands from the 90s? Same idea, only a ball. On a string you can loop around your finger so you can play with it all yo-yo like. Granted, I'm not really well versed in the sex toy department, so I could be wrong. But you can find stuff like that in the impulse buy rack of any toy store.

Those come out of vending machines, for kids.

There is one that remains stuck to the ceiling of my cousin's bedroom that I threw up there in 1999.
