What are best Halloween events in the Baltimore area?
I am relatively new to Maryland and not very familiar with the area. I'm looking for recommendations for scary and fun haunted houses, corn mazes, and those types of things going on this year in the Baltimore area. I'm not interested in Halloween parties. I suck at Googling and am mostly only finding events from last year. Thanks in advance!

Best answer: The Baltimore Rock Opera Society is doing a Halloween show, which sort of goes beyond a haunted house or corn maze. Bonus: the formerly derelict theater where they're holding it is my idea of spooky Halloween awesomeness, Baltimore-style.

Best answer: Huber's Farm off Rt 7 in Kingsville has a haunted hay ride which is good for kids but kind of tame for adults. The attraction is called Creepywoods
Brad's in Churchville (corner of 136 and Asbury Rd) has small but decent corn maze. Harman's around the corner from Brad's (take a left on Asbury from Brad's parking lot, take a right on Rt 22 - Harman's is on the right) has a mini-maze. I'd rate both places as more for young kids than adults.
Legends of the Fog is outside of Aberdeen about 30 minutes north on I95. Enter FBFAN as a promo code to get $5 off.
Bennett's Curse in Jessup
Bedlam in The Boro in Linesboro
In Lancaster County:
Cherry Crest Farm
Field of Screams
Jason's Woods
In Philadelphia:
Terror Behind the Walls
Here's a very comprehensive list of maze & pumpkin related activities in Maryland.

Response by poster: I guess I should've specified I'm looking for adult activities. Thanks for the suggestions!

Best answer: Actually, let me say that if you drink that a trip to the MICA haunted house, followed by a two block trip down the street to the Mount Royal Tavern is kind of the best evening ever.
