Show ALL THE THINGS

I have a Tumblr blog. I have a Disqus account. The two are working together perfectly. Except one thing: the main tumblr blog page just shows the number of comments; to actually SEE the comments, you have to click-through on the "comments" link. I'd like to show all comments on the main Tumblr page of my blog. Can this be done?
