Need to identify L.A. landscaper

I have a large level-ish lot toward the top of Laurel Canyon, with a pond, waterfalls, and mature landscaping that, due to a fire, has been ravaged. Does anyone have suggestions for a top-notch landscaper who understands water features (pond/waterfalls), is an expert in the latest, most water-efficient irrigation systems, and can provide an estimate of what it will cost to bring my formerly glorious yard back to life. I appreciate any and all references/suggestions.
Do a dedicated search in the Los Angeles Times site under the Home section. The have run features on a number of designers who specialize in water, landscaping, home design.

Response by poster: Effluvia - Not sure how to do a dedicated search...just tried typing landscaping in the search bar and the first article is "Dennis Hopper Venice property is back on the market." I used the search engine from the home section, too.

Best answer: I just visited the site and typed in "Green Home Designs" and got over ten pages of articles. A few I thought were relevant to your query:
"An Unobtrusive show Case in Malibu" by Darrell Saatzman
"Water Efficient Home in Mt Washington" by Susan Carpenter She has actually written a series of articles on home installations she has installed herself. You can drop her a note online and ask her for recommendations.
"Boxy Stucco Eyesore No More" by Lisa Boone.
I hope these are helpful!
