This wild goose chase has worn me out

A professional organization I'm affiliated with wants to improve the job listings area of our website. What's the best job board plugin/widget for a Wordpress blog out there, either free or for $100 or less?

I'm relatively new to Wordpress, so I'm still learning all about it as I go. I've been assigned with the task of looking for a job board plugin/widget where members can browse the latest postings. We're especially keen on the following features:

Login screen so only members can view job listings
Area for members to upload their resumes/portfolios for employers to browse
Form for employers to submit job openings (they do not have to pay to list jobs)

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong places or we're asking for the sun, moon and stars, but I'm not finding anything that's on par with what we need. Would we need to combine plugins/widgets, and if so, which ones would work best?

You could install another Wordpress blog, post the jobs and ask politely indeed.com to harvest your RSS Feed....
