Name of app/software/site???

Many months ago I saw an animated video which was basically two avatars "reading" a script.

Pretty much all mechanical. It looked to me like basically someone just entered the text and the program/app had the two avatars read it. They read it in a rather mechanical sounding manner, which in this particular video was amusing. Anyone know what was used to produce such a thing? And what the product is called? Sorry I cant be more specific, but if you saw such a thing you probably remember it. Many thanks.
