My husband had a Last Will and Testament drawed up from LegalZoom.com, our residence is in Tennessee. Now we need to get it notarized and witnessed. Can we get this notarized and witnessed in another state (Kentucky)?

IAAL but IANYL and IANAL licensed in Tennessee or Kentucky. This is a question that a lawyer licensed in those state can answer, but specifically you need to ask a lawyer licensed in Tennessee. You might even have luck if you call the clerk of the court in your county (or the probate court) and ask about the court rules that require notarization -- but remember they can't give legal advice and the clerks in my area have a pretty broad definition of legal advice.
