Music to write to

What's your favorite instrumental podcast?
Hello, everyone, good to see you.
I write and read a lot, and love having background music like Cinematic Orchestra, Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Tortoise, Steve Reich, Dirty Three, Do Make Say Think, that sort of stuff.
But I've run out. And Pandora is unpredictable at best, and besides, the "Six Organs of Admittance" channel, which is great, seems to have a very small vocabulary.
I've tried Magnatune's instrumental podcast, but it was really boring.
Do you have any suggestions? I really don't mind paying for a podcast, but I don't want to waste my money. If you don't have any podcast suggestions, maybe some ideas for artists, or places to find new music would also be welcome.
Thank you - you are saving my sanity, not to mention my poor roommates, who I think are pretty sick of Mice Parade.

I came in to be the first to recommend SomaFM. Not surprised I've been beaten to it. It's pretty much exactly what you're looking for.

You might try nowlikephotographs for post-rock instrumental style stuff, or the Typecasts from Type Records for more ambient and/or electronic work.

Best answer: These widely vary by genre, even week to week, but I subscribe to the following on iTunes:
Resident Advisor
XLR8R
RazorGRRL / Regen

All great suggestions so far. I've found some good stuff on the scissorkick podcast
Lately i've rediscovered last.fm for drilling down into some genre's once you've heard too much of a pandora station, you can find a pretty diverse mix of gems there.

And Pandora is unpredictable at best
Here are my Pandora artists for my station that has a similar vibe to what you are looking for:
Boards Of Canada
M83
MGMT
Orbital
School Of Seven Bells
Sigur Ros
Spiritualized
The Flaming Lips
The Knife
Vangelis
Zero 7
It sometimes veers off into 90s rock because of Flaming Lips, and terrible New Age because of Vangelis, but other than that, it's really good music to be productive with.

Drone Zone, Cliqhop, Groove Salad and Space Station Soma are my favorites.
