Trying to expand my podcast play list. Can you recommend podcasts that might compliment my current favorites?

My favorite podcasts are as follows: The Adam Carolla Podcast, The Dave Ramsey Show, The Moth, NPR Fresh Air, and The Tech Guy - Leo Laporte. What else would you recommend?

I enjoy listening to Webcomics Weekly.

'This American Life' is a great one. New episode every week, and made up of various stories based on a specific theme, kind of like 'The Moth' but different at the same time. It's highly recommended!

I listen to a lot of podcasts, including Adam Carolla's. Here are some of my regulars:

Never Not Funny is a great one, but it is does cost $19.95 for a season. It's worth it.

The Sound of Young America & Jordan, Jesse Go are by MeFi's own YoungAmerican.

I agree with dealing away about This American Life. They're educational & entertaining.

Your music taste might not be compatible with Bob Boilen's, but I really enjoy NPR's All Songs Considered.

Both This American Life and The Moth are hit/misses for me, depending on the week. I like Car Talk.

Agreeing with many above.

Never Not Funny is the most value I have ever gotten out of $20.

Radio Lab is always interesting and entertaining. It makes science and history accessible and fascinating.

Comedy and Everything Else is loose and fun, if you like comedy. Sometimes the political talk gets a little overwrought for my taste, but so be it.

Wait, Wait, Don't Tell me and Car Talk are on my regular must-listen list.

I Love Movies with Doug Benson is lots of fun.

Popcorn Mafia is good if you like irreverent, freewheeeling talk about movies. (There may be spoilers!)

Answer Me This rarely fails to entertain me. Simple, but wonderful.

RadioLab RadioLab RadioLab is awesome awesome awesome. At least for the not-so-scientifically-inclined sorts as myself. It consistently blows my mind.

Oh and I heard there was this weird MetaFilter Podcast or some such thing.

nthing This American Life, The Sound of Young America, and Radio Lab. Planet Money is a good, short, economics based show from some of the people that work on This American Life.

A Life Well Wasted is a show in the same vein but based in the geek/gaming culture (recommended based on your TWIT interest). Also, Buzz Out Loud is a pretty entertaining tech show that Leo Laporte guest hosts from time to time. Since you like Adam Carolla, you also might like Kevin Smith's SModcast.

I just got into Doug Benson's I Love Movies, you'll like it if you enjoy Carolla, (my personal fav) as he was a guest on it a few weeks back.

Also Bill Simmons BS Report can be good even if you're not a huge sports fan, he had Bill Hader and Paton Oswalt on this week talking movies and comedy, though I do tend to skip the sports talk episodes.

The Antique Phonograph Music Program from WFMU has been great.

Savage Love is always interesting, though I guess Dan's sex advice may not be for everyone. I also enjoy All In The Mind, an Australian psychology podcast. And if you like The Moth, you might like PRI's Selected Shorts (short fiction).

Since you like the Dave Ramsey Show, you might enjoy Clark Howard's podcast. He is a financial guy who takes calls, but also has some interesting commentary on a broad scope of topical consumer and financial issues. I am a big Dave Ramsey fan but I find Clark's show to have a lot more variety.

Seconding a lot from above, I like:
This American Life
Planet Money
Sound of Young America
Stuff You Should Know
Radio Lab
and I don't believe it has been mentioned yet:
You Look Nice Today, which is going on tour with Jordan, Jesse, Go billed as the Monsters of Podcasting.

If you're interested in consumer finance, try Marketplace Money. I always enjoyed Marketplace every day, and gave this a try recently. I always learn something and it really speaks to all different income levels.

(Radio Lab is brilliant as others have mentioned here...)

A little out of left field (no, not my podcast), but Seoul Podcast is funny while talking about life in Korea and plenty of news about Korea - told by English teachers living in Korea. http://www.seoulpodcast.com/

I am delighted with this question, since the podcasts you mention are some of my favorites. I will emphatically second This American Life and Radio Lab. Also I believe you might enjoy The Story from North Carolina Public Radio.
