Date of notebook needed

Detective action needed, lol. I have a notebook from a railroad that I am trying to date. The inside of the notebook has imprinted: "National 62-261 Smooth Wide Opening Rings Steel Reinforced Back". Does anyone have a clue where I might date when this particular notebook was manufactured/sold???

I've tried a google search, but nothing came out for this model number, etc.

You could write to the National Binder company and ask them.
