Down with Facebook Message Boards

How can I delete the scrolling Facebook Message board from sites that aren't facebook sites?
A website I view daily has installed some sort of Facebook message board that scrolls on the right side of the page. I seem to recall someone linking to a site that would block this feature. Am I mis-remembering? If it helps, I'm trying to view this page here

This might be the post you're remembering but that's about solving a more complicated problem: disabling facebook widgets on other sites without interfering with your ability to use facebook as a user. If you don't intend to use facebook at all, then it's a lot simpler, just ban *.facebook.com.
