freelance project management/product management in NYC area?
I'm interested in going the freelance route with short term engagements for project/product management, building websites etc. I have experience with requirements gathering, wireframing, UI, project management, strategy, but no hands on design/programming experience.
I know where I can apply for short term gigs, but how can I start presenting myself as a real freelance professional in this area? Most of what I see is for creatives/programmers. Is there a site or something where I can build a profile and start putting it in front of the right people?
