Where can I see badass graffiti in Los Angeles?

Best answer: The the concrete along the banks of the Los Angeles River between Downtown (Union Station) and Elysian Park has some pretty large and elaborate tags.

Best answer: Alleyways and side streets on either side of Melrose Ave are excellent -- I took many pictures there last year...

Sorry, should have mentioned -- I have a few of those pictures up -- gallery here. Gives a good idea of the level of the stuff you'll find, which is quite high. The area between Crescent Heights and Vine, IIRC, is the best to find good stuff.
