Does this article about Zaha Hadid actually exist?

According to this wikipedia article, it was once said that Hadid's Rosenthal building in Cincinnati, OH was "hailed by the New York Times Architecture Critic Herbert Muschamp as "the most important American building to be completed since the cold war,". I'm writing a paper about this building specifically and cannot find the actual article where Muschamp said this, and my Google-fu or searching the Times archives are failing by the minute. Halp, plz?
