New Years Party Costume Ideas?

I'm going to a New Year's party. The theme is the 00 decade, and I can dress as any event/ figure from this decade. Ideas for something clever/ fun/ cute? I'm a short blonde girl, if it helps. Thanks!

007 or Bond Girl
Anything with two consecutive 0's: book, cook, tool, wool, etc.

I think you should walk around as a giant Diet Coke bottle, and occasionally put Mentos in your mouth and then spit all over everyone.
