Running man music video?

I recall seeing a music video with a computer animated smiling man running at a constant pace to the music. That was it. He encounters other people along the way, but he keeps on running, smiling. It would have been made no later than the summer of 2002. What was it?

What kind of music? There was an early Tiesto video with an animated man running probably from around 2000. Trying to remember the name of the song ugh!

Response by poster: The Robbie Williams looks probably right. I think I only caught the tail end of that video, or a portion of it. As I recall I saw it on Hong Kong MTV in the summer of 2002, so the timing sounds right, too.
