Surprise?

How can I get my mother from Pearson (Toronto) airport area to Barrie, Ontario on a Saturday? Two catches -- neither of us drives, and she's not actually flying in or out of the airport.
I'm trying to plan a surprise for my mother. It involves us both going to see a show in Mississauga, near the airport area. I could fly myself there, rent us both a hotel, get tickets, etc. Getting her there is straight forward too. Greyhound seems to have a bus that goes from Barrie to Pearson on the Friday, but no bus in the other direction to go home on the Saturday.
I know there's an airport shuttle service from Pearson to Barrie, but she's not actually flying, and they require a flight number and arrival time, so I don't think that would work.
Any ideas?

Indirect route would be 192 to Kipling Station, then take the subway to Union, and catch the GO bus from Union to Barrie. That will take a shit load of time though.

jrockway is correct - they just need the flight numbers so they can keep track of arrivals/departures and any delays that may occur.

Airport limo would be flat rate and probably a better ride than a cab. That is what I would use.

Ontario Northland has bus service to Barrie from Yorkdale, and there's a GO bus that goes from the airport to Yorkdale. Would that work?

Airport Express Shuttle (http://www.torontoairportexpress.com/) from the airport to Royal York Hotel which is across the road from Union Station: $20, 25 minutes
GO Bus from Union Station to Barrie Bus Terminal, $11.20, 2hrs
I've done the GO bus to Barrie loads of times, and it's as good as a bus ride gets. There's a break halfway through in Newmarket, if she needs to "freshen up".
Depending on when she's planning to come in to town on Friday, I would recommend the GO train from Barrie to Toronto. A very fast trip (1 & 1/2 hrs) and still only $11.20. I'm pretty sure Greyhound is a lot more than that.

(If the flight is delayed or something, call the shuttle company and say she was on another flight or something.)
I doubt they care. Money is money, and as long as they get it, it all works out.
