Autofill for the Lazy

How do I get Firefox to autofill fields automatically?

I use Firefox on both a mac and a PC. Safari for mac has a great feature where, when you use a certain key combo (I think it's Apple+Option+A, but I'm not sure), the computer fills in fields with information you've given them. Name, address, phone, DOB, etc. I'd like something like this product, for Firefox for mac and PC.

What do I need to do to get this feature? Is there an add-on or Greasemonkey script or something? Help me type my extremely long address fewer times a day.

Bonus points if there's a way the system can store multiple sets of information, so that I can decide whether I want my many online purchases shipped to home or work, etc. I'm willing to consider other browsers if they have better ways of dealing with this.
