Hot glue: I need a REALLY INDUSTRIAL hot glue gun. Something that puts the glue out like nobodies business. Something that won't make my fingers tired either if I'm doing it all day, if possible. I can spend up to $150. What works?

Companies that sell packaging and handling materials should be able to supply you with such a thing. Venus Packaging have these, but they are in Australia and I am guessing you're not.

I used to use one of these quite a bit. It's the real deal, but the thumb-push mechanism starts to strain your hand after a while. They make a trigger-operated version that might be less straining, but I don't have first-hand experience.

The glue they use is no joke and the darker varieties are *really hard* to remove once set.

This one is in your price range, it's a good 3M product. Here's the catalog page.

This guy on Chicago's Craig's List is selling a 3M Jet-Weld Adhesive Aplicator [sic.] Maybe you should contact him?
