Oysters in a can, alas

Know any good ways to prepare canned oysters?
They're good for health and convenient to keep on hand, so I want to eat them sometimes. Only question is how to make them delicious, if possible.

Ambrosia Voyeur -- do you sauté that delicious-sounding pasta topping?

Some people (not me) really, really like smoked oysters mixed in with scrambled eggs.

If they're smoked, mmmm..straight out of the can.

Mix with cream cheese, minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread on crackers.

My dad used to make oyster stew with them. Some low-fat milk, a little butter, and the oysters all heating quite happily on the stove until the milk steamed.
I never actually ate the oysters, though.

I like 'em in an omelet with whichever soft cheese I've got sitting around and some capers.
