Name-That-Artist-Filter: Posted to the blue a couple years ago. Male painter. Possibly lived in California. Somewhat well known. Pictures of Victorian-era girls and teddy bears and other animals, some with slightly oversized heads and eyes, all with a vaguely weirdish feel to them. Sorry, that's all I can remember. Thanks in advance for hoping me.
