Best answer: eBay/Amazon etc if you've got the time. Seriously, the amount of money you'll get offered in 2nd-hand places in London will make you weep.

Best answer: http://www.cex.co.uk for the computer parts and any DVDs / videogames you may have.

Amazon is the best route for selling CDs and books; the Notting Hill Exchange chain will take CDs but pay you very little.

Guitars - try some places in Denmark Street if they're valuable guitars, otherwise Cash Converters.
