OP: are you looking for MCs or R&B singers? You say hip-hop, but you've got a list there that's 40% singers. If you're interested in singers as well, that opens up a lot of possibilities.

Oh crap, how could I forget Boss. Reading that entry, I didn't know she had released "the six million dollar mixtape". Now I have to figure out how to find that, because I used to love her. Boss is great on Spice-1's song Don't Ring the Alarm. And for another one-hit wonder rapper, try Mocha (ft Timbaland) on "Runnin Shit".
Also Da Brat (she's annoying a lot of the time, but catch her on a good track [Sock it to Me, Total's No One Else Remix{foxxy Brown is good on that one too}] and she's good).

Nthing Jilly from Philly, L-Boogie and MIA. As with male rappers, most female rappers suck, and there's a lot less of them, so you're going to have a real hard time finding even a decent female MC.

Rah Digga is pretty dope. She Collaborated with Lauryn Hill on the Fugees Hit "Cowboys" From The Score, Remember that? they killed it. Rah also had another good appearance On De La Soul's "Set the Tone" off their album Art-Official-Intelligence. And Lauryn is the best technical female rapper soul sistah there ever was. Don't play ya'self!
