Where can I find a media and planning chart for a sales promo?

For an assignment in college, I need to cough up a sales promotion strategy for a bogus product, complete with a media and planning chart to outline timing and integration. Since the prof has not supplied any chart templates for the class, and I don't have all day to wait for her email reply, where on the internets might I find said chart to coordinate all these activities in a sane manner?

Much of the heavy lifting (target audience, promotion activities etc) have already been done. I just need a chart media planners would use.
