Does there exist audio of natural Spanish-language conversations together with a transcript of the audio?

Is there any Spanish-language learning material which consists primary of audio of natural, colloquial conversation (as opposed to sample conversations with carefully enunciating speakers, created specifically for language learning) together with a written transcript, either in Spanish or in English?

Barring that, are there any Spanish language TV shows or talk radio programs available which have word-for-word transcripts? My main goal is to train my ear, and typical television captions would be useless for this purpose, since they usually paraphrase heavily.

One that I can recommend highly, because I edit the written part of the material (and no, Ashley801 and I are not working together here), is Puerta del Sol Audio Magazine. The audio consists of native speakers, some Spanish, some Latin American, and it comes with full transcript, glossary and language and cultural notes. It sounds pretty close to what you're looking for.

I recommend Lo Más TV. Real TV shows and music videos from a wide range of Spanish-speaking cultures, with transcripts and the ability to pause, back up, skip ahead, etc. Their "game" is not the greatest but the shows are mostly fascinating and great for training your ear to many different accents.
