Is there a weekly email list available on the tubes for new DVD releases; something as good as the AMG New Releases list?

If you use google calendar (and probably other calendar options, I just don't know how to use them) one option you could use is to add one of the dvd release schedule calendars, and set it up to email you weekly. (Go to public calendars, select the "entertainment section" and choose the "DVD Releases" calendar.)

I didn't know AMG had a mailing list. Perhaps their sister site, Allmovie.com has one as well?

MRQE is pretty good (not to mention they point you in the direction of most relevant reviews to date).

IMDB also has a list. Although now I'm thinking you don't want to have to check the sites out yourself, right? Oh well.

Hacking Netflix posts a list of all the DVDs new to Netflix each week. Not quite the same as just new releases, since some might be old and just new to Netflix, but pretty close and possibly still useful.
