It reminds me of the citibank logo, but only if your image is significantly different from the original.

My first thought was Konica, although that (old) logo is more rainbow-coloured.

Citi's "banner" logo started just after the Travelers acquisition, Travelers Insurance Big Red Umbrella. Travelers has since been sold off, but Citi holds onto the Big Red Umbrella.
